2022 White Fallow Symphony

Often called “albino deer,” the White Fallow were among the first exotic species at Triple “R” Ranch & Winery. Named in their honor, the 2022 White Fallow Symphony celebrates the rare Symphony grape—a 1948 UC Davis cross of Muscat of Alexandria and Grenache Gris. Aromatic and fruit-forward, it offers notes of honeysuckle, tropical fruits, ripe peach, apricot, and lychee, with a smooth honeyed finish. In a word: bliss.
