Barrel Bomb is a masterfully crafted blend using a selection of fruit from the Paso Robles AVA. The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness, fermented in stainless steel, then aged 12 months in a combination of French & American Oak Barrels. The wine was then aged an additional 90 days in once-used Kentucky Bourbon Casks. The final blend exhibits heavy and rich flavors of vanilla, licorice, and oak.

Lone Star Wine 2018 Reminiscence is a beautiful example of a Blanc de Noirs sparkling wine. The pale copper appearance comes from the brief time the juice spent with the pinot noir grape skins before being transferred to stainless steel tanks to finish maturing for eight months. The refreshing effervescence coupled with refreshing floral and fruity notes makes this sparkling wine a joy to sip on!
